1. Introduction

Welcome to the Authentika Vibes Brand Ambassador Program! By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your relationship with Authentika Vibes and your activities as a Brand Ambassador.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for our Brand Ambassador Program, applicants must:

3. Program Benefits

As a Brand Ambassador, you will receive:

4. Ambassador Duties

Brand Ambassadors are expected to:

- Promote Authentika Vibes products on social media at least twice a month.

- Create genuine and engaging content that aligns with the ethos of Authentika Vibes.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when representing Authentika Vibes.

5. Commission Payments

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. You must provide valid and accurate payment information and report any changes promptly. Commissions are calculated based on net sales (excluding returns and cancellations).

6. Term and Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may discontinue your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program at any time by notifying us in writing. Authentika Vibes reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time without notice, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms or improper conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All promotional materials provided by Authentika Vibes remain the intellectual property of Authentika Vibes. Brand Ambassadors may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting Authentika Vibes products.

8. Liability and Indemnification

Brand Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Authentika Vibes against any claims arising from their activities. Authentika Vibes is not liable for any actions taken by Brand Ambassadors.

9. Changes to Terms
